Customized Meal Plans

ARE YOU STUCK IN A HEALTHY FOOD RUT?

As a holistic nutritionist you would think I've got the whole "eating a variety of healthy foods" thing down. But just like many of you, I easily get stuck in a food rut - eating the same foods, cooking the same recipes, and rarely changing my weekly menu. Also, the busier I get the less time and energy I have to find new recipes or focus on food prep. That’s why meal planning for me needs to be quick and simple. I used to love having a meal plan growing up - especially "breakfast for dinner" with my grandparents on Sundays. Meal plans not only create built-in variety, they also give the opportunity for memorable family time. This is something I want for you - creating healthy memories and helping you fall in love with food again!

HEALTHY MEAL PLANNING MADE EASY!

Perhaps you too enjoy cooking but don't have as much as time as you would like.  I am the poster child for "Sunday ritual" cooking - making several dishes to just heat-and-eat throughout the week.  I understand being short on time, but still wanting to eat healthy.  Luckily, Real Plans understands too!

When you signup for Real Plans you have complete control over how many meals you make each week - you can add or remove any breakfast, lunch or dinner options until it matches your busy schedule.  Below is an example of how you can pick your plan.  Once you decide which days and meals you want a recipe for, you simply save your settings and VOILA Real Plans pops in the recipes!

Once you have recipes in your meal plan, you can change any you don't like for ones you do.  You can even import recipes from other websites and pick favorite recipes to show up on a regular basis!  Recipe servings can also be changed to cater to your family size.  When you finalize your week of meals, Real Plans creates a Shopping List based on your recipes and a Timeline of when you need to do any prep work.  Even more amazing, you can edit your Shopping List to only the things you need, including items not in the recipes.

If you change your mind on anything, you can revise your meal plan, shopping list and recipes.  Real Plans seems limitless with the possibilities on how to cater specifically to your meal planning goals!

Real Plans online meal planning does just that while catering to busy schedules, special dietary concerns and even how big (or small) your family is!

 MEAL PLANNING FOR SPECIAL DIETS!

I have many clients who need to avoid certain foods because of food allergies and/or specific dietary protocols.  These restrictions can make eating and actually enjoying food seem impossible.  Thankfully Real Plans caters to many different diets!  Their meal plans include:

  • Traditional

  • Paleo

  • Autoimmune Paleo (AIP)

  • GAPS diet

  • Vegetarian

  • Pescatarian (Mediterranean)

  • Keto diet

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy Free

You can even choose individual foods to include or exclude.  Real Plans then takes your food preferences and builds a meal plan based on what you can eat.  This is the first online meal plan I have found that can actually complements my work with clients!  The ease of use and ability to choose which foods make it into your meal plan help take the stress out of healthy meal planning!

SEE IF REAL PLANS IS FOR YOU!

I have been using Real Plans myself and am very impressed!  The website is easy to navigate, recipes are delicious and it is very cost effective.  The current prices are as low as $6 per month!  Now of course, if you are a wiz in the kitchen and don't need someone to tell you how to whip up dinner then this is not for you.  BUT, if you are like me - someone who enjoys cooking but likes to have some guidance in trying new recipes and the flexibility of cooking when it's convenient for my schedule - then I think Real Plans is for you!
