I believe making nutrition changes is more than just food choices.  It is about understanding your whole life and lifestyle to find the best way to make change.  Your fitness, food preferences, stressors, interest in cooking, availability of time, access to support, as well as readiness for change are all important to help you uncover your path forward. There is more than one way to improve your nutrition. Utilizing stress management tools, focusing on sleep hygiene, finding hidden food reactions, providing recipes, suggesting clean ingredient convenient foods, making slow and simple food swaps, and teaming up with other practitioners all have a place on your journey to feeling your best.

My approach does not focus on a one-size-fits-all diet plan.  Instead I listen to your unique self and discover what foods feel best in your body and the adjustments that will help make change easier.  Every decision I make is also a mutual and collaborative one, based on your goals. We work together to find obstacles while giving you a non-judgmental space to explore, make mistakes and learn what truly is your best path to a happier, healthier you.
